As you are aware, the Prime Minister has announced that on 14th May 2020 New Zealand will move to Alert Level 2 in our response to COVID-19. Like at Levels 4 and 3, the safety of our community continues to be our priority.
While at Alert Level 2, we will continue to provide support through texting, phone, zoom during our working hours. If there are any urgent matters that requires a face-to-face appointment, we will be able to accommodate this by a booked appointment time that will be facilitated onsite. These booked appointments will commence from the 18th May 2020.
We are aware that everyone is anticipating the return to our centres for programmes and activities, this will be a phased process which we will start to integrate at Alert Level 1. If there are any changes prior, we will provide an update to everyone.
To help us operate safely, people will not be able to come into our service centres unless you have an appointment.
We will continue to operate in line with Government and Ministry of Health guidelines. This means we will be limiting the number of people in our service centres with booked appointments, provide hand sanitiser for our kaimahi and Tangata whaiora to use, and increase our cleaning schedule. And we will be able to contact trace anyone in any of our sites.
Kaimahi will be keeping in touch with everyone and providing the best possible support and updates as they occur.
