as well as a wide range of games and puzzles

​make connections and explore practical strategies for dealing with anxiety

A Mana Wahine program that extends Kaupapa Maori and traditional healing systems,
using a holistic approach that implements the looking good and feeling good mauri

Beginner to intermediate workshops to assist you in learning essential sewing skills, upcycling and mending
