Te Puna Wai
An after hours safe space for anyone experiencing mental health distress.
Te Puna Wai offers onsite kai and hot drinks for all whanau who come in needing support,
as well as a wide range of games and puzzles.
Mana Carpentry
This six-week Mana Carpentry initiative supports our tangata whaiora to develop basic carpentry skills
while helping kaumātua with essential repairs to their whares. Through this kaupapa, we improve quality of life
and foster manaaki and whakawhanaungatanga, uplifting the wairua of everyone involved.
Mana Kai Hauora Ropu
The cooking group supports participants to learn practical cooking skills, from basic recipes to affordable,
nutritious meals that can be made at home. The group also encourages connection, relationship-building,
and positive engagement in a supportive group environment.
Mahi Toi - Art Class
A social, self-directed art class, with all the materials provided.

A Mana Wahine program that extends Kaupapa Māori and traditional healing systems,
using a holistic approach that implements the looking good and feeling good mauri.
Mana Threads
Beginner to intermediate workshops to assist you in learning essential sewing skills, upcycling and mending.
Mana Minds
Mana Minds is a strengths-based programme for rangatahi, designed to build confidence, resilience,
and self-awareness. Across 12 weeks, rangatahi explore creative expression, positive thinking,
and personal growth through engaging activities like sublimation art and group discussions.
By connecting with their identity, emotions, and future aspirations, rangatahi develop the tools to navigate challenges,
celebrate their strengths, and embrace their potential.
Money Wise
We’ve teamed up with Moneywise to deliver a 6-week interactive budgeting programme covering money habits,
goal setting, budgeting, KiwiSaver, debt, borrowing, and insurance.
This is a supportive, hands-on space where we learn together and share experiences.

Mana Creations
Mana Creations is an all-year creative arts programme that encourages participants
to explore their creativity and artistic expression. Through hands-on art-making, participants tap into their creative flow
and create their own unique masterpieces in a supportive and relaxed environment
Korowai
Korowai is an ongoing programme focused on the art of Māori weaving and connection to Te Ao Māori.
Participants learn traditional weaving techniques, including mawhitiwhiti patterns and tāniko,
the specialised stitch used to create the decorative band at the top of a korowai,
while creating cloaks of various sizes and deepening their cultural knowledge.
Mana Upcycle
The challenge is to find an old piece of furniture and repurpose it, redesign it, redecorate it and upcycle it.
It is not limited to furniture, if you want to upcycle jars or make weighted teddy bears
or upcycle bags from old clothes, you can!

Mana Fitness
For all fitness levels, Mana Fitness helps improve fitness,
overall wellbeing and aids in rehabilitation.
Rangatahi Fitness
For our rangatahi aged between 10 - 24 years,
aiming to improve fitness levels, overall wellbeing and rehabilitation.
Mana Wahine
Wahine only fitness class, limited to 10 Wahine,
run fortnightly between City Fitness and Lido Aquatic Centre.
Mana Aquatics
A focus on recovery through pool resistance/cardio exercises, mobility, flexibility and range of motion.
Hikoi to Hauora
The Hikoi to Hauora programme has been created to help improve the Hauora of tangata whaiora
by engaging in light walking which will help with cardiovascular activity.
During this programme tangata whaiora will Journal THEIR progress as they walk towards better health.

Ngā Pou o te Hauora
Ngā Pou o te Hauora is a supportive weekly kaupapa focused on strengthening wellbeing through
movement, kai, breathwork, and connection.The programme offers a calm, inclusive space
where adult tangata whaiora can build confidence, learn practical tools
and strengthen hauora in a calm and nurturing environment.
Korowai Woodville Waiata/Kapa Haka
All whānau are welcome.
This is a safe and supportive space to learn and share waiata Māori,
encouraging connection, exploration, and collective growth.
Together, through waiata, we articulate our culture and deepen our connection
to Te Ao Māori and to each other.
Mahi Rarana
Our classes are grounded in Te Whare Tapa Whā:
Taha Wairua – slowing down, connecting to whakapapa, honouring the mauri of the harakeke
Taha Hinengaro – calming the mind, building confidence, finding focus.
Taha Tinana – hands‑on learning, strengthening dexterity and working with natural materials
Taha Whānau – learning together, sharing kōrero, building a supportive weaving whānau.
